On Concordian Independence Issue

As Plaintiff, I would like to make my opening statement.

In accordance with section VI(c) of the Constitution of Freedomia, and I quote: No territory may secede from the Empire. M. Cooper has illegally declared independence from Freedomia, violated our Constitution, broken our laws, and said some of the most controversial statements, as follows:

(a) "Secession" from Freedomia
(b) "Breaking away" from Freedomia
(c) "Destroying" Freedomia
(d) "Setting Freedomia on fire

This is why I am the de facto prosecutor of the Empiral Court. Furthermore, I would like to declare M. George and I the jury, so therefore:

Now, I would like to hear statements from M. George and M. Cooper.

I change my mind i will not go through with this you win but i don't want this to go public.

Lord Cooper I will give you a deal, a fine of 50 million burgins and your tempoary leave from the senate for one month. In return your assets will be unfrozen and and your titles un suspended.

M. Cooper, this information already is public. It's useless to cover it up, as our citizens have the right to be knowledgeable and informed of the workings of our Judicial System. However, we must be aware that M. Cooper does not have 50 Million Burgins, or even 1 Million Burgins for that matter. Oughtn't we force Community Service, fine him half of his Bank Account, and relieve him from his duties as Governor of Concordia and Senator for one month. Chancellor, your thoughts?

Very good, very good. I will transfer all of his Bank Account money to the Treasury. Furthermore, through this probation, is he suspended from his rights as Governor? And what about the Senate?

He may retain his seats in the senate but not as governor. He has exactly 5 days to come up with the money for the remaining amount.

well than i won't pay it but you can take my bank account

should you not pay you will be arrested and found guilty of high treason, striped of all your titles, all of your positions and you and all the Members of House Cooper will be banned from Freedomia, and House Cooper will be striped of its titles and COA and will no longer be considered a Freedomian House.

Cooper, as Emperor I will grant you two weeks, starting now, to come up with the money. You remain in the Senate, but as of now you are on probation regarding your Governor positions, seeing as you might still be a threat to our society. You do have the option to appeal this decision made by the Chancellor-Judge, simply request an appeal in the Senate.

Are you threatening us Mr. Cooper? Because I can most certainly suspend you from the Senate for as long as necessary if not indefinitely.

I would like to point out that Mr. Cooper has not yet paid his fine.

Very well in the name of the Emperor I hereby declare House Cooper disbanded all titles, lands, and assets shall be seized by the Freedomian Governmment.

Chancellor, I have just disbanded the House of Cooper and placed it under the archives section. However, there is one more way we can punish Cooper for his serious offenses against our Republic. It just so happens that the New Concordian Republic was established recently by him. I suggest we launch a diplomatic embargo with the approval of the Senate. What are your thoughts?

You are a Senator, you have the right to propose a declaration of war. Frankly, Chancellor, I will strongly support a war on New Concordia. The Chancellor-Judge has no powers regarding war, however, but you are Senator as well, so you may propose an Act in the Senate, which I urge you to do.
